We serve as a bridge between end users (“you”, “your”, or “Users”) and Healthcare Partners by:

• a) Enabling search, comparison, and booking of services;
• b) Displaying partner information and availability;
• c) Allowing membership-based access to discounted healthcare services;
• d) Providing digital infrastructure (apps/web portals) for record maintenance, appointment scheduling, and billing facilitation.

HOWEVER, WE DO NOT OWN, OPERATE, CONTROL, OR SUPERVISE ANY HOSPITAL, DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, CLINIC, OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM.

5. Relationship Between Parties

Nothing on the Website shall be deemed to create a physician-patient relationship between you and ASPL.

Likewise, ASPL is not an employer, principal, agent, or representative of any Healthcare Partner. Each Healthcare Partner is solely responsible for the services provided and the consequences thereof.

The relationship between ASPL and its listed partners is that of a non-exclusive facilitator under a limited aggregator framework, governed by separate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). All liabilities arising from the treatment, including negligence or malpractice, rest solely and independently with the concerned Healthcare Partner.

6. Liability and Indemnity

ASPL shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• a) Any injury, harm, loss, damage, death, or medical negligence caused during or resulting from the treatment/service provided by any Healthcare Partner;

• c) Cancellation, delay, or unavailability of any booked service or appointment;
• d) Unauthorized use or misuse of your personal health data by any third party, including Healthcare Partners.
